Andrew D. Webster is an associate of Pion, Nerone, Girman, Winslow & Smith, P.C. Mr. Webster concentrates his practice in transportation law. He has also litigated personal injury cases, bankruptcy proceedings, products liability suits, construction law, premises liability, probate disputes, insurance law, and antitrust law. Mr. Webster has represented clients in a wide variety of matters in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Mr. Webster has been involved with all phases of litigation, including managing discovery, participating in alternative dispute resolution, conducting depositions, drafting motions and pleadings, negotiating settlements, and preparing for trial. He has represented numerous insurance companies, trucking companies, and personal injury plaintiffs. Before joining P.N.G.W.& S., Mr. Webster practiced at a civil litigation firm in Columbus, Ohio.
Mr. Webster is a 2004 graduate of the University of Virginia, receiving a B.A. in history and economics with a minor in religious studies. He graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2007 as a member of the Order of the Curia. While at Capital, he published Evaluating the Modification of Power Plants: A Streamlined Five Question Approach, in the Capital University Law Review. He also served as the research editor of that publication.
He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
