Mark E. Casper, Jr. is an associate attorney at Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, P.C. who concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense, transportation law, and general civil litigation. In addition to those areas, Mr. Casper has also represented clients in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, business, and mineral title examinations.

Mr. Casper is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania State Courts. Mr. Casper is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

In 2022-2023, Mr. Casper was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers ® – Rising Stars Edition.

Mr. Casper is a 2018 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was an active member of the school’s environmental law clinic and an editor and staff writer for JURIST, for which he authored over 200 articles. Mr. Casper received a B.A. in Political Science from the Virginia Tech in 2015.”
