Bradley Sprout | Shareholder

Bradley Sprout is a shareholder who joined the firm in 2015.  He concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of transportation law, products liability law, construction law, and complex civil litigation.  In addition to litigating matters in the aforementioned areas, Mr. Sprout regularly advises clients in the prevention, investigation, and mitigation of catastrophic losses.  Mr. Sprout also has experience in handling premises liability, employment law and labor law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sprout practiced for almost six years at a firm specializing in construction law and litigation, representing owners, contractors and design professionals in a variety of disputes and claims.  Prior to his work in the construction field, Mr. Sprout represented hospitals, doctors and other healthcare professionals in medical malpractice actions.

Mr. Sprout is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and U.S. District Courts of the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.  While in law school, Mr. Sprout was a law clerk for two years with the Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr. of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County.  Mr. Sprout is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude, and a graduate of Dickinson College, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and minors in Philosophy and Law & Public Service.
