Brendan K. Birmingham | Associate

Brendan K. Birmingham is an associate who concentrates his practice in the areas of transportation law, insurance coverage litigation and general civil litigation.  In addition to those areas, Mr. Birmingham has experience in the areas of insurance defense, bad faith defense, and construction law.

Mr. Birmingham is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania State Courts, Ohio State Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Birmingham is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, and is an active member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI).

In 2021, 2022, and 2023, Mr. Birmingham was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers ® – Rising Stars Edition.

Mr. Birmingham is a 2016 graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, where he participated in the Duquesne University Veterans Clinic, providing assistance to veterans accepted into the Veterans Court of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.  Mr. Birmingham received a B.A. in History from the Pennsylvania State University in 2013.
