Nicholas J. Indovina | Principal

Nick Indovina is a Principal Attorney with Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, P.C. Mr. Indovina focuses his practice on transportation law and catastrophic injury cases.  He also handles premises, product, and general liability cases.  He has represented individuals and businesses in state and federal courts in various areas of civil litigation.

Mr. Indovina is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United Sates Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Indovina is also licensed to practice in New York State Courts. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Mr. Indovina completed his undergraduate degree at Cornell University, where he was a member of the Cornell Debate Team, served on the Executive Board of the largest fraternity, and was captain of the Varsity Sprint Football Team. Mr. Indovina attended the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law where he focused on litigation, and was the captain of the National Trial Team. Mr. Indovina was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® — Rising Stars Edition in 2020-2021, 2023. Prior to joining Pion Law, Mr. Indovina worked for regional firms and maintains exceptional track record for litigating cases through resolution and trial.
