Becky S. Thompson | Associate

Becky S. Thompson joined Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, P.C. in early 2023, after several years practicing as a family law attorney. She now concentrates her practice in the areas of transportation law and catastrophic loss litigation. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Thompson was educated at The Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College where she graduated with High Distinction and with Honors. She received her J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University, The Dickinson School of Law in 2012 and her LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2017.

Ms. Thompson worked as part of Penn State Law’s Trial Advocacy Faculty Team, and she was the Coach of Penn State Law’s Black Law Student Association Litigation Team from 2016-2019 where she led two top-ranked regional teams and one nationally-ranked team.

Ms. Thompson resides in the Harrisburg area with her son, Tommy, and her retired Irish Greyhound, Royce.
