Jordan C. Hettrich is a shareholder with Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, P.C. Mr. Hettrich focuses his practice in the areas of insurance defense, transportation law, premises liability, and general civil litigation. Mr. Hettrich has also represented clients in the areas of commercial litigation, products liability, insurance bad faith, personal injury, social security disability, and family law.

Mr. Hettrich is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, the Supreme Court of Ohio, and the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Northern District of West Virginia, the Southern District of West Virginia, the Northern District of Ohio, and the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar association, the West Virginia Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.

In 2022, Mr. Hettrich was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® — Rising Stars Edition.

Mr. Hettrich graduated cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in 2012, where he participated in the Duquesne Bill of Rights Civil Litigation Clinic, served on the school’s Business Law Journal, and clerked for a law firm in West Virginia. Mr. Hettrich is also a 2006 graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where he was President of the school’s Model United Nations Club. Prior to joining Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, Mr. Hettrich practiced for a civil litigation firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and for a law firm in West Virginia.
