Joshua R. Miller|Associate

Joshua R. Miller is an associate attorney at Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, P.C. who concentrates his practice in the areas of transportation law, premises liability and general civil litigation. Mr. Miller is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania and West Virginia State Courts. Mr. Miller is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Mr. Miller is a 2024 graduate from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. While in law school, Mr. Miller clerked for administrative law judges at Federal Hearings & Appeals Services, assisting with insurance appeals, eligibility reviews and adjudications. Mr. Miller also participated in a Civil Procedure workshop, creating a boardgame designed to help teach the next generation of law students the intricacies of Civil Procedure. Mr. Miller received his B.A. in Political Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2019.
