Julie A. Brennan | Associate
Julie A. Brennan joined Pion, Nerone, Girman, Winslow & Smith, P.C. in March 2019 after practicing at another Pittsburgh area civil litigation firm for nearly 9 years. Ms. Brennan has represented a wide variety of clients including trucking companies, electric utilities, insurance companies, construction companies, construction administrators, home builders, assisted living facilities, employers, homeowners associations, condominium associations, family entertainment facilities, mortgage brokers/servicers and individuals in diverse litigation matters. Ms. Brennan has practiced at the small claims, administrative, trial and appellate levels of the Pennsylvania and West Virginia court systems, both state and federal. Ms. Brennan has experience with jury and non-jury trials, and the post-trial proceedings related thereto. Ms. Brennan has been admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of West Virginia since the beginning of her career, and she recently added the State of Ohio to her list of admissions. In addition to her state bar admissions, Ms. Brennan is admitted to practice in the Western District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, Northern District of West Virginia, Southern District of West Virginia and United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Ms. Brennan is actively involved with the public service aspects of the Allegheny County Bar Association, and has served as a Council member for the Young Lawyer’s Division and Committee Chair of the Public Service Committee. In addition to her public service activities with the Bar Association, Ms. Brennan is actively involved with Boys Hope Girls Hope of Pittsburgh as a volunteer and member of its Young Leadership Board. Ms. Brennan lives in Franklin Park with her husband and children. A native of Butler County, Pennsylvania, Ms. Brennan attended the Seneca Valley School District.
