Kyle Baicker-McKee | Associate

Kyle S. Baicker-McKee is an associate of Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, P.C. who concentrates his practice in the areas of transportation law, environmental law, and general civil litigation.  In addition to those areas, Mr. Baicker-McKee has experience in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, and construction law.

Mr. Baicker-McKee is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania State Courts.  Mr. Baicker-McKee is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Mr. Baicker-McKee graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duquesne University School of Law where he was a staff editor of the Duquesne Law Review, worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant in Civil Procedure and Evidence, and participated in the Duquesne University Federal Litigation Clinic performing appellate work in the Third Circuit.  He won an Excellence in Writing award and the Outstanding Oral Argument award.  Mr. Baicker-McKee received a B.S. in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Wesleyan University in 2010.  He has prior work experience as a marine biologist, dive master, geologist in the oil and gas industry, and as the Director of Operations and Chief Scientific Officer of an environmental consulting firm.
