Megan R. Padgett | Associate

Megan Padgett is an associate of Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, P.C.  Ms. Padgett concentrates her practice primarily in the area of transportation law. In addition to her transportation law practice, Ms. Padgett has previously represented clients in a variety of complex construction litigation and appellate matters. Prior to joining Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, Ms. Padgett served as a litigation associate at three Pittsburgh law firms.

Ms. Padgett graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University with degrees in Economics and Philosophy, and a minor in political science, where she also taught physics. Ms. Padgett received her J.D. from Penn State Law in 2019, where she received Dean’s List honors each year and worked as an insurance law research assistant.
