Thomas DiStefano, is a principal attorney with Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, P.C. Mr. DiStefano focuses his practice in the areas of transportation law, premises liability, products liability, personal injury, commercial litigation and general civil litigation.

Mr. DiStefano is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. DiStefano graduated from the Villanova University School of Law in 2006. Mr. DiStefano is also a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, with two Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Speech Communications and a Minor in Philosophy. Prior to joining Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, Mr. DiStefano was an Assistant District Attorney for Bucks County Pennsylvania and practiced civil litigation for firms in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

When not in the office, Mr. DiStefano can generally be found hiking in the woods, at the beach or gardening. Also, in his spare time, Mr. DiStefano is usually reading or writing, and in 2025 published his first book.
