Timothy A. Montgomery | Shareholder

Timothy A. Montgomery is a shareholder of Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, P.C.  Mr. Montgomery concentrates his practice primarily in the area of transportation law. In addition to his representation of clients in a wide range of transportation matters, Mr. Montgomery has represented various clients in products liability suits, bankruptcy and collection matters, employment disputes, real estate transactions, complex commercial litigation and personal injury matters.

Prior to joining Pion, Nerone, Girman & Smith, P.C., Mr. Montgomery served as a Legal Intern at the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office, was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable C. Gus Kwidis of the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County and worked as a litigation associate at two Pittsburgh law firms.

In 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Mr. Montgomery was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® — Rising Stars Edition.  Mr. Montgomery was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® 2020-2021.

Mr. Montgomery graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh where he was a four-year starter on the varsity soccer team and was named All Academic Big East four years in a row. Mr. Montgomery received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2004.
